Remindbot · Allentown, PA · est. 2023 Sheet 1 of 3 · Product notice

Form 1 — product notice · September 2026

The hour you keep missing is the one that costs you.

Remindbot is a reminder and scheduling desk for inconvenient windows: the last forty minutes an inspection station takes walk-ins, the Friday refill line, the meter that runs out while you are still in line at the counter.

A worn kitchen table in afternoon light with a mechanical timer, a coffee mug, a blue pen, and a weekly planner marked by a coffee ring.

The usual misses

Most reminder tools ping you at a round hour. The problem is rarely 9:00. It is 11:40 on a Thursday. Below are the three we see every week.

A rusted cream parking meter on a cracked curb with the red expired flag showing and a maple leaf against the base.

The meter on Hamilton

You put in eighty minutes. The appointment ran long. The flag is red before you are back at the car. We ping you twelve minutes before expiry, not at the hour you parked.

An amber pill bottle and a folded pharmacy bag on a laminate counter in front of a wall calendar with several dates crossed out.

The Friday refill line

Dr. Hale’s office answers the refill phone Tuesday through Thursday, 8:30 to 11:00. Calling at noon on Saturday is a message that will sit until Monday. We try you inside the window.

An empty beige waiting-room chair beside a gray table with a clipboard and a paper ticket numbered 47, in a room with peeling olive wainscoting.

Number 47, already called

Walk-in inspection on 4th Street stops taking numbers at 11:40. A 10:00 reminder is too early; a noon reminder is a wasted trip. We hold the ping until you can actually stand in that room.

Item 03

What the desk actually does

  1. Write the thing in plain language

A reminder is a sentence, a window, and a channel. “Call the water counter, weekdays before 3:00, bring the account number.” No board, no tags, no project.

  2. Set a window, not a round hour

Open hours, last-call times, “before they lock the lot,” “while the school office is still picking up.” We fire inside the window and stop when it closes.

  3. Snooze that respects closing time

Snooze does not drop a parking reminder into 2 a.m. It holds until the next window you named. Quiet hours stay quiet except for items you marked urgent.

  4. Share a household list

One reminder, up to three people. Whoever handles it marks it done. The other two are not still wondering who called the landlord.

A working ledger (examples)

These are the kinds of lines people keep. They are not clever. They are the ones that used to fall off a sticky note.

How to open a desk

There is no form on this site. Email hello@remindbot.ai from the address you want us to use. Subject line: OPEN.

In the body, say email, text, or both, and the mobile number if you want texts. We reply within two business days with a one-page setup sheet (PDF) and a starter list. The first twenty reminders are free and stay free.

Texts come from a local 610 number. Email comes from desk@remindbot.ai. If a reminder fails, we try once more inside the window and then mark it missed on your sheet.
